Deposit & Tattooing Policy

There are are absolutely no refunds for any deposits or tattoo appointments whatsoever regardless of any circumstances. 

 

ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO MAGIC TATTOO FACTORY ARE FINAL.      

 

 However if an artist so chooses to grant store credit in place of a refund, they may do so. (This is not necessary, required or in any way mandatory and is based soley upon the artist discretion.) Threats and violence will not be tolerated whatsoever, and IF the artist does decide to give store credit, the tattoo design intended as compensation will be entirely up to the tattoo artist who has granted the store credit.

*The only other way to receive a refund is if the client removes the ink, labour, and design before leaving the premises.  Client is responsible for entire removal and full clean up in a silent and timely manner Sand paper will be provided upon request.
